Spam Policy

Angel Face Media respects your right to receive only communications that you want.

This Spam Policy explains how we approach unsolicited commercial communications, email marketing, and unwanted messages.

1. No Purchased or Harvested Email Lists

Angel Face Media does not knowingly purchase, sell, rent, or trade email lists for marketing purposes.

We do not knowingly use email addresses obtained through unlawful harvesting or other prohibited methods.

2. Marketing Communications

We may send marketing communications to individuals who:

  • Subscribe to our mailing list;
  • Request information from us;
  • Purchase products or services;
  • Participate in our programs;
  • Otherwise provide their contact information in connection with our business.

Commercial email must comply with applicable requirements, including rules concerning accurate sender information, non-deceptive subject lines, identification, physical mailing address, and opt-out mechanisms.

3. Unsubscribe

You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link included in our marketing emails.

You may also contact us at:

[INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS]

and request removal from our marketing list.

4. Opt-Out Requests

We will process valid unsubscribe requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

The FTC states that commercial email opt-out mechanisms must remain operational for at least 30 days after the email is sent, and opt-out requests generally must be honored within 10 business days.

5. Transactional Communications

Unsubscribing from marketing communications may not stop necessary transactional or service-related communications.

For example, we may still need to send:

  • Purchase confirmations;
  • Receipts;
  • Password-reset messages;
  • Account notices;
  • Service notifications;
  • Security notices;
  • Important changes to policies;
  • Other communications necessary to complete a transaction or provide a service.

The FTC distinguishes transactional/relationship messages from commercial marketing messages based on the primary purpose of the communication.

6. No Deceptive Communications

Angel Face Media does not intentionally use:

  • False sender information;
  • Deceptive subject lines;
  • Misleading headers;
  • False identities;
  • Misleading claims intended to disguise the commercial nature of an email.

7. Third-Party Email Providers

We may use third-party email service providers to deliver communications.

These providers may process subscriber information on our behalf for purposes of delivering and managing communications.

8. Reporting Unwanted Messages

If you believe you have received an unwanted or unauthorized message from Angel Face Media, please contact:

[INSERT COMPLIANCE/CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL]

Please include the email address or telephone number that received the message and, if possible, a copy or screenshot of the communication.

9. Relationship to Our Privacy Policy
